[cod] CoD4 Linux server not reading server.cfg or listed online

Yeah if I left it at its default it would show but I had issues connecting. So since I've just set it this way.
I have 2 nics in the box I wonder if I could load balance a few servers off the other nic using this method???
Im sure someones doing this already. Does it work ok?

I see - net_ip is the IP in which it listens. By default it is
0.0.0.0 which I prefer.
