[cod] Master/Auth Server (World at War Server 1.2)

That is strange.

There was a request a while ago for a script, which checks the master server
for server ranking, and some other details from your cod server.

He claimed that it is not showing the server rank on cod:waw.

I checked it myself, and onlt cod4 shows the server ranking.

If, what are saying is true, and both are using the same master server, this
functionality should work on both cod4 and cod:waw

CoD5 is using CoD4 master server and its entry in the code.  CoD5 does not
have it own master server and or entry.  Again its using CoD4 one.
