Many EULAs of games are quite convoluted.

I asked Epic and id Software (via e-mail and chat) and we do not need a 
license to host dedicated servers for rental (as a GSP). I never asked 
IW, assuming it was the same as the id Software policy. But to play it 
safe, might as well ask.

Do we have permission to host dedicated COD series game servers and rent 
out the resources -- as a GSP -- for commercial gain and profit -- 
without the need for a special license?
