[cod] linux bins do not download mod.ff with http-redirect?

if you refer to the CoD:WaW bins, i can confirm this behaviour. Just 
tested it and the mod.ff was not downloaded via http-redirect. When 
putting the mod.ff manually to the users appdata path, the chose class 
menue of the mod is corrupted.

Mod: SVR 1.04 from http://aigaming.net

FSBASE = /home/user/codwaw
FSHOME = /home/user/codwaw
FSGAME = mods/mp_svr
