[cod] CoD:World at War 1.2 Linux bits

It should be noted that this bz2 file contains patched iwd files along 
with new ff files for 1.2.  If you already have patched cod files (1.2) 
on your linux server you can simply upload the files located in the root 
directory instead of the 400+MB file

files are:

codwaw_lnxded
codwaw_inxded-bin
libgcc_s.so.1
libstdc++.so.6
pbsetup.run (optional)

This set is just over 8MB

I'm putting together a package now with just these files and will have a 
download link shortly.

PS there may be a zone/english file that needs to be included and I'm 
checking now but still it's much better then 415MB :-)
