that could just mean the device at hop 12 is dropping ICMP packets
I can trace to it fine

Yep, i've been googling for half an hour and it looks like that... But i've maid no changed to any firewall or routing setting...
If i traceroute to stun.eu.demonware.net, it shows this and never get to the end :

Nope that's not normal, I suspect you have a firewall getting in the way there somewhere or some bad routing.
