[cod] CoD WaW master server down ?

Nope that's not normal, I suspect you have a firewall getting in the way there somewhere or some bad routing.

  My server can't ping stun.eu.demonware.net... My home PC can ping it... Is it normal ? Why can't my server ping it ?
