[cod] Running Multiple Server's from one set of CoD4 files [Windows]

Awsome write up Tom. Just one thing tho, you do not need to place the .iwd
files on the master install location. All you need is the .ff files. The
fs_basepath reconizes .iwd files just fine. The issue is with .ff files.
