[cod] game type when running a mod

I have the same kind of problem running ACE on my server : the first
parameters from the sv_maprotation are ignored after a full rotation.
The gametype is set before in the config file, and is not set directly
in the sv_maprotation.

Only thing I can suggest is to set the gametype in the sv_maprotation
var, and just before in the g_gametype var, to be sure the selected
gametype is applied.
