Yes, Even Balance is targeting "cracked" and only cracked COD 4 servers.
These are mostly Windows based servers where CD Key checking has been
removed from the executable so cracked clients can join without being
kicked.
If you are seeing this message in your server, I would suggest fixing it by
reinstalling a legit copy of the game.
Even Balance is also going to lag the heck out of the server/client to make
it unplayable in that server.
Once a server is found it will be reported to EA for delisting in the server
browser and then most likely EA is going to be, sending a nice demand letter
to the owner of the IP the server is be hosted on.
Therefore, if you see this message in a server it is a wise idea to exit
that server.
