[cod] COD4 1.7 patch released

The last word I received from Activision PR was:
"Fyi, They tell me the Linux version of the patch is running a bit 
behind the Windows one but will let ya know."

I just checked the private Activision PR FTP server they distribute this 
to us and it still only has the Linux version.  I'll keep checking 
throughout the day but they are good at getting back to me once it's up 
on the server and ready for distro.
