Ok, thanks, I'll try that right now. Nope, still not listed. I'll shut
it down for a bit, and see what happens.

 

Here's my command line arg's: +set dedicated 2 +set sv_punkbuster 1 +set
net_port 28960 +set net_ip 192.168.10.4 +exec server.cfg +map_rotate

If you're doing NAT you need to have the internal IP in the command line
and not the external IP.

Negative. Net_port is set via command line. Net_ip is not set at all,
due to the physical address being a 192.168.x.x IP.

I'll try it, and see what breaks :P  Should I stick with setting them
via CLI, or put them in the config file? If I recall, at one point I did
have the port set via config file, but it didn't do anything .... which
is when I set it via CLI.

Just going through the motions here, have you set:
