[cod] COD4 Need Zone folder Files

Hi,

apropos zone folder ...

Since I thougt the .iwd files in main/ are enough I forgot zone folder 
too. So for now I uploaded DVD:/Setup/data completly to be sure.

But maybe somebody (hopefully a developer;) could post a complete 
minimal file list (inclusive md5sums!) to make life easier?

BTW I got a lot warnings in console like 
WARNING: unknown dvar 'bg_shock_volume_.....

is this normal?
(I just started "cod4_lnxded-bin +map_rotate "without config.)
