[cod] Punksbusted

What does most ppl know mean? Does that mean those of us that dont 
aren't privy to knowing? Are those ppl that know someone the cool ppl?

What did happen? I just got the server up and went to change my psb 
account from cod2 to cod4 and nothing. blank.
