[cod] Hardcore damage issue

Yes you're right it is set to 30 and the regentime is set to 0 by default.
Now the question is if i modify the iwd file and change the hardcore.cfg set
regen 5 & maxhealth to 75 will there be a conflict with the clients who try
to connect my server?
