[cod] COD4 Linux server 1.3 hotfix 12102007 now available...

Mine seems to fine run for a while, then the CPU usage jumps to 100%, then
everyone starts lagging.  I was testing with only 4 people in the server
too.  I am starting to hate COD4, problems with the client, and now my
server... haha.
