[cod] Getting a new server on master server list..

Just to clarify when I had the original problem it wouldn't appear on that
list either, and the list always seemed to match what was in game.

We sometimes get a few people who have routers where they can't get a full
list by the way (just covering the obvious) where there's so many servers
being refreshed the router thinks its a dos or just can't handle it. One of
my adsl routers often drops responses, but a new one gets them all. Probably
not related, but thought would mention it anyway.
