[cod] scr_motd?

Hello,

 

I wouldn't know any other place for a serversetting but the .cfg file :-)

 

It's in the .cfg file, it shows as active but I just don't see the message
anywhere. Could there be a client setting as well?

as far as i know, it should be placed in you .cfg file.
