[cod] Lagg spikes

If your server is punkbuster enabled, make sure you're not trying to take tons of screenshots or walk client cvars a lot.  That might cause lag.

    yo. i get this strange lagg spikes on my coduo every 3-5mins. in betwen the server runs fine.
    iam runing the linux version so i know it has its bugs, so you guys have any idea or tips how i can make it more smooth.
