[cod] Low ping players only and inactivity kicks

Agreed on the setting it to 0. This variable is a big mis-conception
of the quake3 engine. This setting, from my testing and knowledge, is
misleading. Basically, if you have a sv_maxping set to 300 it will do
this.
You connect to the game server, but it happens to be hitting a busy
point in the current map, or there is a spike or something weird
happens, so that your ping is 350 for the first 2 seconds after
connecting, and then jumps back down to the normal 50 or 60 ping.
This results in you being kicked becaues at THE TIME OF CONNECTION
your ping was over the limit. This is very very lame. Because,
someone overseas might join a US server at 297 ping, and get into the
server and then after they are in, their ping can spike up to 5-600 or
even higher and they wont get kicked. Nice eh?
Best thing is to turn it off like Admin aid, turn both of them off,
max and min ping.
Might want to recruit some people to keep an eye out in hte server and
help the high pingers find the door manually. This is based off of my
experience, hope this helps clarify things,
