Ok this is looking like map issues testing done with gametype DM:
Bad maps ~10%+:
mp_foy
mp_kharkov
mp_kursk
No so bad 5%+:
mp_italy
mp_ponyri
mp_rhinevalley
Good ~0%:
mp_arnhem
mp_berlin
mp_cassino
mp_sicily ( WARNING: Spawn point entity 72 is in solid at (1347, 967, 640) )
mp_uo_stanjel
I can also confirm it it vehical related running mp_foy with:
set scr_allow_flak88 "0"
set scr_allow_su152 "0"
set scr_allow_elefant "0"
set scr_allow_panzeriv "0"
set scr_allow_t34 "0"
set scr_allow_sherman "0"
set scr_allow_horch "0"
set scr_allow_gaz67b "0"
set scr_allow_willyjeep "0"
Results in 0% CPU
