[cod] Come on guys release a fix for the CPU usage

I run a COD:UO server that runs nothing but custom maps that were
designed for plain COD. I run this server for the extra weapons,
etc, but obviously there are no vehicles as the maps werent coded
for them. CPU usage is pretty near exactly as they are when I ran
these maps on plain COD - no noticible change for me.
