[cod] Howdy

I'd like to thank everyone for their help.  I had multiple problems 
and, of course, multiple solutions.

One of the "Duh!" things was my client that I was trying to connect to 
the servers was set to not show empty servers.

Fixing the name and getting it on the Cod join list was a matter of 
combining the two cfg files into a single file. (someone here suggested 
that!).


I think it is working now.  Called "Alaska {SD}"

It is a pure server for now.
