Domination stuck in one round

Hi,

I know I have seen this, but I can't remember where. I have 3 servers 
running 1.51 and DOMINATION mode will not run more than one round. They 
do run AWE, however; Bell says it is the patch, and not AWE, although he 
thinks he can fix it.  I have also seen where they blame it on AWE.  So, 
which is it?  Is it the Linux patch, or AWE?  If it is the Linux Patch, 
will there be an update fixing this soon?
