[cod] Script question - external lines in the game

My message center is a pk3 file that simply broadcast messages at timed
intervals to all clients.  

Simply add the 8 messages to your cfg file and it will run all by itself.

You can also send commands to a detached screen if you use screen at
all, but naturally you need to be logged in to do that. Depends
exactly what type of solution you're after, i.e something automated,
or something just to remotely pass on messages to server when you
want, or some way or entering console via another method and seeing
response or what.
