[cod] error msg

[Kooch]

The AWE mod and exploit fix pk3 files were removed prior to the patching 
and have not been reinstalled.  Now I did leave a sound pack file on the 
server. z_dets_axisandallies2.0.pk3.  I didn't think it would make a 
difference.  I'm not aware of this sound pack having anything other than 
sounds.
