[cod] Pam 1.05a cod 1.5X

I think most mods are causing cod 1.5 to crash

Awe 1.44 was crashing the server but a fix was released for this, and all
seems well now

VS-UK seemed to keep crashing the server

Pam 1.05a also seems to be crashing the server

I am experiencing the same issues.  Brecourt mines kill our server in
pam_mode pub.

Yes, Actually Each Time A Player Jumped On An Out Of Bounds Mine, The Crash 
Was Reproduced,  I Watched In The Console And It Gave Of A Segmentation 
Fault.
