CPU Usage

so here we are again, revisiting this issue, yet now its worse.

my base assault server is now getting consitent lag since the patch,
everyone's pings are above 100. something has to be done, or all my
donaters are going to stop donating. i've already taken kursk out of
the rotation but it seems to be happing on every other map

with 32 people its averaging at 85-90%!!!!! what is going on?
