[cod] mappack/pk3 error while executing

when i execute map_uo_hurtgen (as well as the other new maps in the new 
mappack by graymatter) i receive the following errormessage on my server

        ERROR: Sound alias file dialog_mp.csv: missing 'name' and/or
        'file' columns


this is the first time i got this message.

[i downloaded the pk3-file (uomappack) and copied it to the uo folder on 
my server!]
