[cod] OT: win32 update pain

Really wish I could find out what its looking at to trigger this. Really don't
want to have to manually click ok on each new box I install the image on.

I've got the safe mode one which is similar tracked down just ensure
that "__coduomp" doesn't exist. Really with they wouldn't put these stupid
checks in or at least remove them from the dedicated server..
