Thats impossible. They are two different games. The server requires you to manually reboot between games.

  I don't use daemon tools, I want to do this via script. Another question: Anyone know if is posible to change COD / COD:UO server with a rcon command ?

    If you use deamon tools, the server restarts a second later. But this has to be installed on the server. You as a user cannot install it.  

    Someone made a script just the other day that did the same... Let me see if I can find it.

      Anyone know the way to re-start the server when you tipe "rcon quit". I have seen servers where you make "rcon quit" and 30 sec. later the server reestarts.
