 Not true, that bot will run on windows also. There is a new one in dev
called B3 by austinservers.com

But They are not taking any more beta testers at this point. All bots I have
tried are coded in python.

The b3 bot even runs off a mysql db. It rocks!

It's not being worked on anymore, as far as i know.  Not sure the licensing
on it either, but since it's a script the source is there for you to work
with.  It only runs on Linux.

I'm looking to write a server-side (only) mod which can display messages,
auto-kick people for swearing/racism (from a list of banned words) and a few
other minor things. It will be run on a Linux ded server, and will be
similar to GSG (GameServerGuardian) as run by the [FuN] servers.

 

Could anyone tell me the best way to do this ?  Do I need to write an actual
`mod` for the game, or is there a script related way to do what I need (like
monitoring log files combined with Rcon, maybe) ?
