Awaiting Gamestate update

Yesterday I asked about getting hung up at the above section of
connecting to a CoDUO game.  Well, it turns out that one of the backbone
providers in Chicago is having major router problems.  Thus, I am (as
well as many, many others) losing tons of packets at Chicago.  Thus, I
can't connect.
 
Apparently, xo.net and/or savvis.net (can't remember which one now) is
aware of the problem and is working on it.
