Using PoolMaster's Realism Mod, this is the command I use:
set sv_nokillcam "1" // 1 = killcam disabled, 0 = killcam enabled
It is in the cfg file for the server and works.

Clean Clean DocumentEmail MicrosoftInternetExplorer4
I can't disable the KillCam with any of the mutators I have tried. Does
anyone have any suggestions? Do the commands to disable the killcam
need to be in the command line or is the .cfg file good enough?

Hammers Mod did work for me where it comes to disallowing the spectatros
to view members of the opposite team. I'm still using the Killcam
however as I think it can be quite valuable against cheaters (e.g.
Wallhacks etc.)

I have tried to use Hammer's Kill Cam mod and also TWL's kill cam mod.
None seem to work. I even issue the commands while in the server and
the kill cam still works. Any ideas?
BTW - I have the .pk3 file(s) in the /main dir
