BF2 Windows or Linux

Hello ALL, 

I'm sure you have heard this before but I was wondering what is the ulimate
OS for BF2 along with BF2CC Admin tool.

I would like to put this to rest and I know the linux guys will say linux
and windows guys would say windows .. What matters to be on a high end
server witch one will last and run best for BF2

Here is a server if you truly want to base it off something 

Two Dual Core Opteron 265 Processors 2GB RAM
Running Windows 2003

Or 
Two Dual Core Opteron 265 Processors  2GB RAM
Running RHEL4
