[bf1942] Freebsd rehashed

I've not attempted to run bf on fbsd since 1942. I did write a step by
step how-to over at lightcubed. I'll see if i can dig it up - It might
shed some light. - If i remember correctly, you needed to verify you
had properly mounted procfs, etc.
