Yes but that's very messy, the one I created just reads in an additional
config file adminsettings.con so its very similar to how +overlayPath
used to work.
We just use:
sv.adminScript "multiplay"

Then the profile contains the additional config file "adminsettings.con"
which has the appropriate settings in and bobs ur uncle.
