Inbound or outbound, and source or destination port?
I have the following listening ports:
UDP 29900, 33969, 16567, 55124, 55125.
I don't have a TCP port listening but that's most likely for rcon (eg. for
the server manager) and I don't have that set up yet.
29900 is apparently for some kind of master server interaction. There's no
documented setting that I see for changing that, so I don't know what a
second process will use. Maybe the next port up.
I have no clue what 33969 is. Same issue with a 2nd server process here.
UDP 55123 would be used if one is using a separate VOIP server, for the
client end of the connection.

Boy, is it! Looks like that was written by someone with no understanding of
networking. Probably scribbled on a napkin and passed from hand to hand to
some poor web writer. It's like opening your firewall with a shotgun! ;)
