[bf1942] [bf2] EA/Gamespy blacklisting weapon unlocked/no time limit servers

Although I can see what EA's reasons might be, I do think its bang out
of order to do that without even asking people to stop. Im sure had
they requested people not do it then there wouldn't have been quite so
much backlash as there is / is going to be.
