[bf1942] Issues regarding "ranked servers"

The three in Australia were ISP's with games networks not GSP's,
and we were approached by EA.

I was more commenting on how things in here weren't being civil.

I've been in here since day one and was quite happy not to
see the abusive comments like you seen in the HL list, that was offcourse
up until the last 2-3 days.

I don't want to see this list loose its link to Dice like the HL list have 
lost most
of its to Valve due to the same bickering.
