Could this be related to the bug (and patch) I just posted to the wiki 
(copied from the BF2CC forums) that causes everybody to switch to one team 
on a server restart? It's another of those missing ",1" in the 
registerHandler call. I saw this one happen last night on La_Cantina, but I 
never see admins on there to fix this kind of thing. The ping is good so my 
teammates like to play there.
