[bf1942] Unranked files download

[David Stevens]

Ok, I got it going..  I did a diff between the dirs, and figured out what
was supposed to be where.

Works now..  what a PITA though.

Hmm, try deleting the created dirs and run:
"sh sh bf2-linuxxxx.sh"
