Clients Dropped on Map Change?

Anyone having problems (either with Windows or Linux; I'm having this
problem under Windows) with the server dropping all the clients with a 'map
not found' error when the map changes?

I'm only getting this error using our old config files - if I try to start a
new server with the dedicated server tool it works fine and level changes
work with no problems. I'm just wondering if there's anything else that I've
missed that is really obvious.

I have made all the changes to the maplist.con files (ie, added game type
and mod name).
