bf 1.6 gamespy protocol fixed?

This may well have been asked this before but I thought
I'd ask again. Has / will the gamespy protocol support for
bf be fixed in 1.6? I'm referring to the cases when it reports
players details which have the left the game quite some
time ago leading to 28 players being listed for a 24 player
server etc.
