OT: Client-side support?

Sorry for the off-topic posting; please flame me directly rather than to the
list should you so desire.

I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a good forum for
client-side bugs? I've found an apparent bug, but have yet to receive any
reasoned response at planetbattlefield, and am hoping there might be
someplace where EA/Dice folks actually monitor:
