Help: modprobe: modprob: Can't locate module binfmt-4c46

Hi I am trying to run the bf1942 linux server on an IMAC running Gentoo
Linux and when I run the server I get
 
modprobe: modprob: Can't locate module binfmt-4c46
modprobe: modprob: Can't locate module binfmt-4c46
 
 
and from there it exits
