Good point. Ideally one should be able to supply a list of paths to search for
mods, so that one can install one copy of all the common mods (some of which
may be piggybacked on others) and customers can list the ones they want to use
without needing separate copies. By using a path system, one can also isolate
problems in mods from affecting the main installation or other mods.
