The forums have been upgraded to phpBB2, the new URL is;

There is a Quick Install guide there already and I will compile an FAQ
from this list's archives when I get the chance.

Hopefully Ryan can add this and links to the archives and updates to the
next README file. And re-issue the 50 MB download with the newest update
and README.
