[bf1942] beta server build for DEC Alpha

I don't have an Alpha system for building the game, and I highly doubt
bf1942 is 64-bit clean anyhow. Cleaning out Unreal for the Hammer damned
near killed me, and I'm just not paid enough to do that again for another
engine.  :)
