Client files differ from server?

Hi all, excuse the newbie probably answered already question. But I can't
find the answer.

I just installed the latest update, when the clients try to connect
they are told their files differ from the server and are disconnected.

It was working a-ok until I applied the last patch of the beta. (Yes I
copied everything over)

Is there something I am missing? please help, I want to get rid of the
windows server so bad :)
